Lash Training Booking Policy

1. Reservation and Payment:

a. To secure a spot in the lash extension/ lash lift training program, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking.

b. Full payment must be received on the training start date. Failure to make full payment on the date may result in the forfeiture of the reserved spot. Payment is available cash, Bacs or card payment.

2. Cancellation and Refund:

a. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the training start date are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

b. Cancellations made within 2 days of the training start date are not eligible for a refund. However, under certain circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), a partial refund or credit may be considered at the discretion of AV Beauty Passion.

c. No-shows on the day of training will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3. Rescheduling:

a. Participants may request to reschedule their training up to 7 days before the scheduled start date without incurring any additional fees.

b. Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the training start date may be subject to a rescheduling fee of £50.

c. AV Beauty passion reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Attendance and Punctuality:

a. Participants are expected to arrive on time for each session. Late arrival may result in exclusion from certain training components.

b. Any participant who misses assessment of the training session may be disqualified from receiving a certificate of completion.

5. Certification:

a. Certification will be awarded upon successful completion of the lash extension/lift training program, as determined by the instructor.

b. Participants must fulfill all training requirements to be eligible for certification.

​

6. Liability:

a. AV Beauty Passion is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the lash extension/lift training program.

 

7. Modifications to the Policy:

a. AV Beauty Passion reserves the right to modify this booking policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
