Shipping Policy

All orders are sent by either Royal Mail shipping services. Please choose the shipping method you prefer at the check out.

Shipping to United Kingdom:

Royal Mail Signed for delivery (up to 7 working days) - £4.45

Royal Mail Next Working Day Delivery - £8.99

Please note: all orders placed with next day delivery should be placed before 11am. Any order placed after this time will be sent the following working day.

Orders placed after 11am on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.

Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be sent out the next working day.

FREE UK Delivery on orders over £75

International Shipping:

PLEASE NOTE:

- All orders made within UK Bank Holidays periods will be dispatched the following working day.

- Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them. Duties and taxes only apply to parcels travelling outside the EU and not all goods are subject to these charges.

- International customs offices will claim tax on parcels imported from EU countries, which the recipient is responsible for paying. These charges depend on the individual package as it arrives in customs, therefore London Lash are unable to advise what the fee may be.

- VAT registered companies who are eligible to reclaim their VAT should do so from the government in their country.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items must be returned unopened/ unused in order to qualify for a refund. Return postage will not be paid.

In the case of a manufacturer fault, postage will be refunded.
